Retaking the Examination

During your two-year eligibility year, you may take the test up to three times. Each attempt must be separated by 90 days. Retaking the test costs $225 for CPP, PCI, and PSP. The APP retake cost is $150. If you fail the test three times in a two-year period, you must reapply and pay the entire cost.
